COVID 19 Protocol

We are focused on providing the necessary measures to guarantee the health, well-being and safety of both our guests and our staff within Coconut Paradise.

We renew our commitment to welcome and care for our guests while preserving the overall well-being, creating new experiences for everyone to feel comfortable while enjoying the activities available at Coconut Paradise.

For these purposes, we are following the plan issued by the World Health Organization for the control and prevention of coronavirus disease (COVID 19) and complying with the measures dictated by the competent local health authorities.

Our staff is fully vaccinated with the 2 suggested doses and uses the most effective hygiene products to ensure proper cleaning of all areas of Coconut Paradise.

Due to COVID-19 we have taken some measures to protect the safety of our guests and employees, such as:

• Mandatory use of face masks in all common areas.
• The reception area could be limited to one person for check-in.
• Antibacterial gel is available in all common areas.
• We have reinforced all general cleaning protocols for all common and high traffic areas.
• All of our employees are duly vaccinated and remain masked.
• Every day we take the temperature of all employees before they start their work shift.
• We have trained all our personnel to carry out proper hand hygiene and their respective work areas.
